how to remove the two front seats and the back sit off of a 1967 289 mustang coupe ?

Under the front floor pan(on each side) you’ll find four holes with rubber plugs. Remove those plugs and then use a socket and extension to remove the nuts which hold the seats. Once the nuts are removed the seats lift right out.

The nuts that secure the front seats to the floor are located under car, the back seat is held in by spring clips and you should be able to just pry it up

The rear back down remove them and then you can see bolts that hold the rear back down remove them and then you can see bolts that hold the rear cushion pops up and then lift it.
