The tranny shop and ask them if not call the same size engine you will be fine if not call the same size engine you will interchange.

yes they will work fine but check the gear ratio in the rear end

there are different sizes of 6 cylinder engines ! are both cars have the same size engines? they should be interchangeable if the engine is the same.
