Nope. That’s just the old motors. Have to change them to fix the problem.

If it was a fuse they wouldn’t work, sounds like the motors are just worn out and moving slowly. Happens on most old cars.

No. It could be track problem, power supply, or it could be the speed they are supposed to go up and down. check on another car the same model. good luck.

You could check the fuses, but on a car of that age it’s more than likely the window regulators. . . they eventually wear out after many years of use.

It could also be bad or failing switches, I have about the same year ford product, and wired direct the windows work like a champ. But when in the door they are slow. The only thing that I think of that is different is the corrosion on the switches and or harness connectors.

The motors can get weak over time, the other thing is worn bushings in the motor. . . . But I think you have a lube problem. . .
See all the piviot points and slides work on grease, as well as the rubber felt the window rolls on. . . lack of grease and they will work very slow till they jam. . something to look out for.

No, fuse is OK.
Check your tracks, bushings and rollers with liberal squirts of lithium grease.
Roll you window down and up.

Repeat. . .
That will help.
