I don’t know what your price range is, or if you want new or used. But the Chevy cobalt is fairly fast, if you get the upgraded version with the turbo kit in it. I believe that it is in the teens range, it may be in the higher teens but, if I remember correctly it is not in the 20,000 range. It might be like 18,000-17,000 range. But you should also look at safety, gas efficient, and reliability, you don’t want to have to keep fixing a car, if you spend less and have to fix it all the time. You might as well go with a higher priced car that you don’t have to fix.
