You can’t sell something you can’t catch. It’s like trying to sell an STD when you haven’t had sex.

Wild horses are protected but there are breeders of these types such as Kiger Mustangs and there you can buy a mustang

why would you want to take a wild free animal and cage it humans should stop trying to turn everything into human property leave the wild horses alone

Once in a while the government will have a round up and take select horses out of a wild herd and sell them, you can usually get one no problem that way. You have to be 18 though I think and there are some requirements that you have to meet. Search Yahoo! for a wild horse and burrow round up

The wild horses are now supposed to be protected. Every person who buys a wild horse or burro has to pass background checks, sign all kinds of wavers, etc. Your friend that would have to check with the government on how to sell you the horse. There are wild horse refuges that you can talk to about adopting your own horse.

Check out the BLM web site, it will explain about mustang adoption. I have been told that adopters must keep the horse for at least a year before selling. This is to discourage adopters from adopting too many horses and selling them to horse slaughter.
