the heads on that car are non pi heads. find yourself a set of heads and intake off a 99 and later model.

the 99 and up engine is 260 hp were the 94 was 225 hp. the only difference was the pi style heads and intake to match the intake ports on the heads.

Um, the stock heads are already aluminum. Also it's fundamentally impossible to remove the heads and put a supercharger/turbo in their place. The engine requires cylinder heads to operate. Something tells me you're new at this.

If you're after power, you can swap out the stock heads for a set of 1999-up P. I. heads and a P. I intake manifold. Also consider changing out the rear end gears. IIRC the Town Car came stock with either a 2. 73 rear end or a 3. 08 rear end. Consider going to a 3. 55 or 3. 73 for better acceleration. You can also go with a supercharger but it'll cost more than the care is worth.

Also your caps lock key appears to be stuck.

Edit: I have Kenne Bell blower on my Mustang GT. The 03/04 Cobras come from the factory with superchargers, Even the Ford GT supercar is supercharged. They all have aluminum heads. The idea that aluminum heads can't handle forced induction died out about 20 years ago. You may want to do some more research.

Instead of changing the aluminum heads, go easier and also cheaper and put a cam kit in it. Don't go with a radical cam, just a mild cam would suffice. Radical cams call for more fuel than the stock fuel system and injectors can put out.
