what should i do with my 351C and how should i modify it? (only people that know alot about engines please).?

How much would it cost to modify my car?
my car is a 2005 ford mustang convertible. this looks exactly like it: http://dealerrevs.com/gallery/photo.php?id=8555570 I am wanting to remove the molding on the doors as well as remove the black “Mustang” decals along the bottom. About how much should I expect to spend?

i want to buy a Ford mustang and modify the engine with performance parts, etc. i heard somewhere that the ’89-’91 are good to modify because of the engine parts are forged, not cast or something like that. is this true? please clarify.
