It's a 1997 T-bird, It is hard to find parts for the car, but if you added an extra cam it is the same engine as the Mustangs of the same era. Can I use parts for those cars.

in reply to fodaddy, i know my car needs heads to operate but aluminum heads will not hold up to the extra pressure caused by forced induction, ive done my research. thanks though! and yes, my laptop is basically stuck on CAPS ...sorry!

I don't know if to file an insurance claim since I don't know if the price of the part and labor will be less than my deductible. I also don't want to take it to the dealership because I know they overprice their parts and labor there, and I don't know where to start looking, whether online or where to look regarding auto parts themselves. Anyone have an idea where I can start and where the part and the labor will be reasonable? I would greatly appreciate it.
